These terms govern your use of Shelley Creations (the "Site") and The Pattern Club membership. By using the Site or completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. The product

The Pattern Club is a recurring monthly membership that gives you access to our library of 1,000+ crochet and quilt patterns, plus video stitch guides, members community, and bonus tools. Patterns are delivered as PDF downloads inside a shared Google Drive folder.

2. Trial and recurring billing

Membership begins with a $3.50 USD 3-day paid trial. After 3 days, your card is automatically charged the monthly fee of $29.00 USD and once per month on the same date thereafter, until you cancel. You may cancel at any time, and your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.

3. License — what you can do

For as long as your membership is active, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to:

• Download patterns from the library to your devices.
• Use patterns to create finished items for personal use.
• Sell finished items you make from our patterns at craft fairs, online shops, or anywhere — full commercial use license included.
• Keep any pattern PDFs you download — they remain yours after cancellation.

4. License — what you cannot do

• Resell, redistribute, or share the PDF files themselves (whether free or for money).
• Share the Drive folder link or your access credentials with non-members.
• Translate, rewrite, or republish the patterns under your own name.
• Use our brand, logos, or instructional text in your own products.

All patterns remain the intellectual property of Shelley Creations. Violation of this license may result in revoked membership and legal action.

5. Pricing and payment

All prices are in US dollars (USD). Checkout is handled by Whop, which uses Stripe as its underlying card processor. Charges appear on your statement as "Whop" or "Shelley Creations".

6. Cancellation

You may cancel any time through your Whop account dashboard with one click, or by emailing support@shelleycreations.com. Cancellations during the 3-day trial take effect immediately and you will not be charged the monthly fee. Cancellations after the monthly charge has been made stop auto-renewal at the end of the current paid period; the current period is not pro-rated unless covered by our Refund policy.

8. Delivery and access

You will be redirected to a thank-you page immediately after checkout, with a link to the pattern library. Receipt and access information is also emailed to you. If you cannot locate your delivery, check your spam folder, then contact us.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site to break any law.
• Attempt to disrupt or compromise the Site's security.
• Use automated tools to scrape, download, or distribute library contents.
• Misuse refunds or chargebacks (e.g. filing a dispute after downloading and using patterns).

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and patterns are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, that defects will be corrected immediately, or that the Site is free of harmful components. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Pattern difficulty, yarn weight, gauge, and personal technique can vary — finished projects may differ from photos due to factors outside our control.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of the Site or membership will not exceed the amount you paid in the previous 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be noted at the top of this page with the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Shelley Creations is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by good-faith discussion will be settled in the courts of that jurisdiction.
