Refund Policy

Shelley Creations (The Pattern Club) is a recurring monthly membership that begins with a paid 3-day trial. This policy explains how the trial works, when refunds are available, and how to request one.
1. How the 3-day trial works
When you start The Pattern Club, you are charged $3.50 USD today for 3 days of full access to the entire pattern library. Your monthly membership fee of $29.00 USD is then automatically charged 3 days later, and once per month on the same date going forward — until you cancel.
2. Cancel before the monthly charge
You may cancel at any time before the 3-day trial ends to avoid the $29.00 monthly charge. The $3.50 trial fee is non-refundable, because you received full library access during the trial period. To cancel during the trial, log in to your Whop account dashboard and cancel with one click — no phone calls, no emails required. You can also email us at the address below and we will cancel for you.
3. Monthly renewal refunds
If your $29.00 monthly fee was just charged and you no longer want access, you may request a refund within 7 days of the renewal date by emailing us. Refunds outside that window are at our discretion. Cancellation after the renewal date ends auto-renewal — you keep access until the end of the current billing period.
4. Technical issues
If a pattern fails to open, is corrupted, or the library link is broken, contact us — we will fix it or provide a replacement at no charge regardless of how long ago you paid.
5. How to request a refund or cancel
Email support@shelleycreations.com with:
- The email address you used at checkout
- Your approximate purchase date
- The last 4 digits of the card you used, OR the receipt ID from your confirmation email
- Whether you want to cancel only, or also request a refund
Cancellations are processed within 1 business day. Refunds are processed within 2 business days and arrive at your card within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
6. Chargebacks
If you do not recognize a charge from us, please email us first — we will identify the transaction and refund it directly, which is faster than filing a dispute. Chargebacks filed without first contacting us may result in your membership being revoked permanently.
